Additional Information

I ran into this problem while upgrading the Domino Server. It seems that ndgts.dll was being used by the MS System Center Operations Manager Agent. I don 't know if you're running that, but it might be a place to start.

In my instance, it was easy enough to kill that process on the server while installing. I have not gotten to the client upgrades yet though....
